Patricia is Vice President of Operations of Continental Assets Management, a boutique family real estate investment company in Los Angeles and Honolulu. In her career she has closed on over $150 million across a diverse range of asset classes, including hospitality, multifamily, commercial retail, and developable land in California, Hawaii, Texas and parts of the Midwest. In addition to managing the company’s multifamily, residential and retail/office portfolio, she has completed numerous hotel renovations, successfully navigating projects through brand mergers, evolving brand standards and volatile trade economy. She is currently leading the company's newest development, a 112 key AC Hotel by Marriott Honolulu in downtown Honolulu's central business district. The project is an adaptive reuse of an office retail building to a hotel that is scheduled to be completed by January 2024.
