Josh Hargrove

Josh Hargrove is the General Manager of the Prince Waikiki and the Hawaii Prince Golf Club overseeing all operations for the 563 room luxury hotel and 27 hole golf course.  He also serves on the executive team for Prince Resorts Hawaii which operates three luxury oceanfront hotels & golf courses on Big Island and Oahu. 

In his previous role, he served as Hotel Manager at the 1,063 room Westin Ka’anapali Ocean Resort Villas where he led all resort operations. During his tenure, Hargrove was also part of the opening team for a sister resort, the 390 room Westin Nanea Ocean Villas. 

Prior to joining the Westin Villas, Hargrove held a variety of executive & senior leadership roles at some of Hawaii’s finest hotels including The Modern Honolulu, The Royal Hawaiian, The Sheraton Kona, and The Sheraton Maui Resort & Spa. 

During his 15 years of experience in Hawaii’s hospitality industry, Hargrove has established himself as a highly effective leader who prides himself on the collaborative and people first culture that he develops with his team. 

Hargrove obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality & Business Management from Washington State University. Originally from Washington State, he moved to Hawaii in 2006 to pursue his hotel career with Starwood Hotels & Resorts. He currently serves as the Vice Chairman of HLTA and serves on the Board of Directors for the Waikiki Improvement Association as well as the Hawaii Nature Center.
