About this speaker
Joe is the Managing Partner for the Hawaii practice of Deloitte with 25 years of experience. He serves clients in a variety of industries and sizes but focuses primarily on SEC public registrants and emerging growth enterprises. He also serves large clients out of our San Francisco and San Jose practices. Joe spent two years in Deloitte’s National Office — Accounting Consultation Group where he advised many of our largest domestic and international clients in the application of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements. He has extensive experience with mergers and acquisitions and dispositions, sustainability reporting and public debt and initial and secondary equity offerings.
Joe is a board member of Child and Family Service and also a member of the advisory council for the University of Hawaii Shidler College School of Business and the Hawaii Chamber of Commerce Military Affairs Council.
