Jeffrey Mau

Jeffrey Mau leads the Asset Management team for Kamehameha Schools Commercial Real Estate Division, as well as third-party property management and leasing firms, in the management of KS’ 275 commercial real estate assets across the state—approximately 15,000-plus acres valued at over $3.5 billion.
Prior to joining KS, Mau served as the Director of Asset Management and principal broker at Outrigger Enterprises, Inc. where he managed, negotiated, and commercial real estate owned or managed by the Outrigger Hotels & Resorts and OHANA Hotels & Resorts brands.
His 30-plus year work history also includes stints at Gentry Homes, LTD, HTH Corporation, and Herbert K. Horita Realty, Inc.
Mau earned a Bachelor of Science degrees in business management and marketing from the University of Oregon, and a Master of Business Administration in International Business from the University of Hawaii at Mānoa.
A member of the Honolulu Board of Realtors since 2010, Mau is a Hawai‘i Real Estate licensee and broker. He is also a Certified Commercial Investment Member with the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute, as well as a Certified Property Manager with the Institute of Real Estate Management.
Mau has served on the board of directors for the Waikīkī Community Center and the BBB Foundation of Hawai‘i.
