Christine Camp has been an innovative developer as the President and CEO of Avalon Group, she was responsible for creating over 700 units during the last 7 years. She work on the development of Hale Ka Lae with multi-generarional flex use condominiums, Hale Manu the first affordable family rental project in Hawai’i Kai, and completed the land aggregation, entitlement, master vision and planning of the the Sky Ala Moana mix use project with hotel, affordable units, market units and commercial uses under one project. Now Avalon is embarking on redevelopment of several downtown Honolulu blocks with a senior affordable housing on behalf of the Catholic Charities of Hawai’i Development Corporation and the adaptive re-use of an office building into residential condominiums at Davis Pacific Center. She is also developing the HPU science lab building on Fort St Mall.
Avalon Group was founded by Christine Camp 24 years ago and is a multifaceted real estate group that manages over 900 units and 2 million sf of commercial spaces. Avalon is one of the most prolific industrial and commercial land developers in Central and West Oahu with 19 project under development over the last 20 years.
